Education or wealth?

            I was actually bored before i remembered that i hadn't visited my blog today.
Am actually writing here and believe me but i don't know what to write, but i know that something is gonna come up..........yeah i know what!............Why don't we talk abut the last debate i went for  when i was in secondary school on national television.

Topic: Education or Wealth; which is the best legacy?

Now, just by looking at it .............i know what we all would say.....Education of course..........; but allow me to  shock you
First, lets check for the meaning of the word "legacy".
            According to dictionary.com, legacy is defined as anything handed down from the past, as from an ancestor or predecessor. 
Let's see what Merriam Webster's dictionary says..Legacy is a gift by will especially of money or other personal property.
          I hope you are following me closely. From these definitions, it is very clear that we were wrong at the first instance.
If legacy could mean this, then what has it got to do with education.............nothing of course because i cant leave my certificates for my children to inherit. What could they possibly use it for?  build a house, buy a car?

Back and Better

its really been a longtime since i came around here..........well, i have been busy. i have had good times, troubling times and so on. the beauty of it all is that God is in control.
on ma profile , i was on business services, but now......am into IT...and hey don't get me wrong, am not the geekkkky type...*winks*..........
I don't have much to say to you except that you should stay true to your God and your destiny.....love you all.........

The Rose Flower

There are thousand and one facts about life.
Life generally, is not a bed of roses{ that is what they say} but5 if y reaally look at hte word context, u would understand and generally agree eith me that life is a bed of roses...
How do i mean you might ask?
Now forget the parable or proverb or idiomatic expression whichever one it is called and let us analyze it like a normal English sentence
A bed is made for comfort quite agreed, but if hot water or pins are put on thqat bed, it gives pains and discomfort to whoever lies on it..........
A rose is a beautiful flower, so beautiful that i cant get another adjective to qualify it.. Sometimes girls are qualified as roses or better stil a lovd one.but there is one thing that is not known to so many people and that fact is that underneath the beauty of A ROSE FLOWER thorns are present...........
So you see, life is a bed of roses cos it looks beautiful from the outside but it has its pains and discomforts too just as it has its joys and hapiness........

that u r happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it simply means that u have decided to see beyond imperfection. One thing i have learnt is that u do not go into something or do something simply because others are doing it. Learn to stand strong on your own. I will support this by using an "Igbo" adage that says "a lizard can pass through water doesnt mean that a rat can also do the same. Of course it cant cos it will get soaked and will drown eventually. This is very much applicable to us, that my friend aspires to become an engineer doesn't mean that i am one. We are all born with different potentials and different tasks but with a general responsibility to make the world a better place to live in. God has a will for us all,and all it takes to discover that will is to pray to him to reveal what he wants us to do to play our own part. take care all & pls say that prayer now cos God is waiting............
